Run with `./run.sh`.

Goal: Create an IRC bot that can effectively maintain an active OSRIC session.

Compatible with JSON character sheets generated with @kirbyUK's [osric-cgi](https://github.com/kirbyUK/osric-cgi) and OSRIC v1.
